About the Role Miro’s Graduate Program is designed to give recent graduates a head start in their careers. You’ll get hands-on experience, working on real-world projects, and rotate across teams to explore different areas of the business and find your niche. The program starts in August 2025 and offers exposure to software engineering, product design, or product management, guided by expert Mironeers to maximize practical learning and impact. What You'll Do
- Software Engineer track: collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and UX researchers to address customer problems, brainstorm solutions, experiment, observe behavior changes, and iterate; participate in the full development lifecycle from ideation to production and monitoring results; explore how Data & Machine Learning inform decision-making and deliver product capabilities (e.g., Miro Assist); work with Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.
- Product Design track: learn to turn insights from UX research and analytics into high-quality designs, collaborate with content design and engineering partners to ensure solid production implementation, and focus on exploring the customer experience to identify opportunities and design impactful solutions.
- Product Management track: develop a detailed understanding of the market and competitive landscape, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and legal to deliver product improvements, and learn to analyze product performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- All tracks include a unique team rotation element to gain broad business exposure, mentorship from experienced professionals, and hands-on projects with real impact for a global user base. What We're Looking For
- Eligible candidates currently hold or are in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with graduation within the last 12 months; bootcamp graduates are not being considered at this time (though this may be reevaluated in the future).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written; able to commence a 12-month program beginning in August; able to commute to the Miro office in Amsterdam. Nice to Have
- Interest in Data & Machine Learning and how it informs product decisions; familiarity with AI-driven features and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience or interest in one or more tracks: Software Engineering (Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes), Product Design, or Product Management.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication, and user-centered thinking;
