About the Role Picnic runs a two-year Graduate Program designed to take you from recent graduate to Product Manager. You’ll own part of the Picnic app from day one and are end-to-end responsible for turning customer insights into features, collaborating with designers, engineers, data analysts, and business teams, and validating impact with data. What You'll Do
- Over two years you'll learn to build a great product by actually doing it alongside experienced PMs.
- 0-6 months: learn to solve customer problems, analyze data, interview users, and help shape new features for a product used by millions.
- 6-12 months: build first features from scratch and own the full product development lifecycle with cross-functional support.
- 12+ months: own a product scope end-to-end, leading research, analyses, designs, stakeholders, and tech, and be accountable for outcomes.
- The program offers ownership from day one and exposure to scopes from Home to Payments to Personalisation, with measurable impact and a dedicated mentor. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or a recent graduate with up to ~2 years of professional experience.
- Builder at heart: initiative, side projects, startups, or new ideas showing drive.
- Highly ambitious with curiosity and empathy for users; you ask why and seek improvements.
- Go-getter with bias toward action and delivering with clarity.
- You don’t need extensive PM experience; raw talent and drive matter most. Compensation & Benefits
