Job Description We're looking for enthusiastic Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Sydney team in our North Ryde or CBD office, commencing February 2027.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll work alongside a team of allied health experts to support clients recovering from injury and illness. Using your OT skills, you'll help people regain independence, return to meaningful activities and achieve their health, life and work goals.

You'll gain experience across:

• Functional and workplace assessments
• Ergonomics and manual handling
• Return to work planning
• Equipment prescription and functional rehabilitation
• Case management and stakeholder engagement
• Clinical reporting and goal-focused interventions

Qualifications

We're looking for graduates who are:

• Completing a Bachelor or Masters qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Eligible for AHPRA registration

• Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful life and work outcomes

• Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset

• Curious, motivated and eager to learn

• Hold full Australian working rights

• Hold a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
