About the Role Henkel offers a family of global, rotational leadership and graduate programs across Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Henkel Consumer Brands, designed for recent graduates with a technical or business background. These programs combine hands-on assignments, cross-functional projects, and international exposure to develop future leaders.
What You'll Do
- Participate in 18- to 24-month rotational programs across functions and regions (R&D, Operations & Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, Marketing & Sales) with day-one ownership of meaningful projects.
- Rotate through multiple stations, lead cross-functional projects on an international level, and gain hands-on experience in factories and global offices.
- Benefit from interdisciplinary learning journeys, mentorship, and structured development to shape the future of Henkel's leading brands.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with a PhD or master's in chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in Operations & Supply Chain, Purchasing, Human Resources, or Marketing & Sales.
- Willingness to relocate and work internationally; strong learning agility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work across diverse teams and take ownership of projects.
