What You'll Do
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budget requirements.
- Support project managers and senior engineers in various technical and operational tasks.
- Participate in site inspections, data collection, and analysis to inform project decisions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of industrial processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Identify and propose improvements in processes and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
- Previous internship or project experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus.
