About the opportunity
Our client in the Healthcare & Medical Services sector is searching for a Graduate HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to hospital recruitment, workforce planning and clinical-support hiring.
Role overview
Coordinate healthcare recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding documentation for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Key responsibilities

Publish approved job advertisements and maintain candidate records.

Screen applications against agreed criteria and arrange interviews.

Coordinate candidate updates, interview feedback and offers.

Assist with onboarding checklists and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications & skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion.

Excellent scheduling, documentation and communication skills.

Experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit is an advantage.
