Job title: Graduate HR Generalist
About the Role Canonical is building a globally distributed HR function and is seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support the AMER region from a home-based position. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and implement HR processes for a distributed workforce while working independently and collaborating with professionals at all levels.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on HR support to the AMER region and help shape and operationalize HR processes for a distributed organization.
- Partner with managers and colleagues across locations to ensure effective HR service delivery and communication.
- Manage independent workstreams with a proactive, can-do mindset and help set and defend high expectations of colleagues, counterparts, and processes.
- Support colleagues in their personal development and wellbeing within a global HR context.
