About the Role P&G Supply Chain is central to delivering the business. This role focuses on leading projects to upgrade capacity with minimal downtime and driving supply chain innovation that creates business upside. You’ll operate in a transforming end-to-end supply chain, turning challenges into opportunities and delivering value for customers and the business. What You'll Do
- Create value by making non-intuitive connections between what’s needed and what’s possible
- Eliminate losses in the end-to-end supply chain by gaining a deep understanding of the business
- Lead and plan processes or projects that reduce cost, improve service, and remove time from the supply chain What We're Looking For
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
- Recent graduate / final year student preferably with a Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics degree
- Minimum 70 Weighted Average Mark (WAM)
- Strong leadership experience (club/teams/societies, etc.)
- Well-rounded life experience and community involvement
- Collaborative team player with a passion for winning
