About the Role Chicason Group invites graduates to join in a variety of exciting roles across its diverse business functions. The organization recognizes gaps between job competency profiles and personal competency profiles for new employees, and uses interventions such as formal learning (courses, seminars, in-house training), coaching, mentoring, peer assistance, and external education to close those gaps. This entry-level program supports fresh graduates seeking structured development and a clear path into the group’s mining, manufacturing, trading and travels businesses. What You'll Do
- Participate in formal learning through courses, seminars, and in-house training.
- Engage in coaching, mentoring, peer assistance, and external education initiatives.
- Support integration of new employees across different business functions and help close competency gaps. What We're Looking For
- Possess at least a first degree or its equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Some roles may require additional qualification or certification.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or have an exemption/exclusion certificate from the relevant authority.
- Must have relevant documents to support claims.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment to making a difference, and strong interest in the company’s diverse business functions. Nice to Have
