Our client in the Real Estate & Property Development sector is searching for a Graduate Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to property lead generation, developer partnerships and broker-channel growth.
Role overview
Assist the commercial team with market mapping, prospect engagement and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities

Research prospective clients and relevant market sectors.

Prepare outreach materials, presentations and proposals.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.

Support meetings, pipeline reviews and opportunity reporting.
Qualifications & skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
