About the Role Wayland Baptist University's Graduate Assistant will support athletics operations under the guidance of the Head Coach and Athletic Director. This role involves assisting in all facets of athletics operations, including pre/post game responsibilities, scouting, travel planning, recruiting, and more to help the program run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Assist in all facets of athletics operations as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
- Pre/post game obligations.
- Scouting of opponents.
- Facility supervision.
- On-floor coaching.
- Film exchange.
- Travel planning.
- Supervision of conditioning program.
- Camp organization.
- Recruitment of student athletes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
