About the Role This hourly statistics graduate assistant position supports faculty research in applied statistics. The role involves completing required responsible conduct of research trainings for human subjects research, preparing data for analysis, planning and running statistical analyses, producing code files, outputs, tables and figures, assisting with literature searches, and attending team meetings.
What You'll Do
- Completing required responsible conduct of research trainings for human subjects research
- Preparing data for analysis, assessing missing data, and recoding variables
- Planning and running statistical analyses in collaboration with faculty researchers
- Producing code files, output, tables, and figures
- Assisting with literature searches
- Attending team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in graduate program in applied statistics
- Proficiency with at least one statistical program (e.g., R, Stata)
- Experience with data preparation and analysis
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $18.00 You are trained on data up to October 2023.
