About the Role The Graduate Assistant of Baseball Operations supports UIW Baseball under the Head Baseball Coach during the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a student position open to current UIW graduate students and includes involvement in travel logistics, p-card reconciliations, ordering apparel/equipment, and other administrative duties. What You'll Do
- Oversee team travel and meals; serve as the office manager; assist with fundraising; assist with game-day marketing and ticketing.
- Manage travel logistics for road games and related administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Baseball Coach.
- Work 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Report to the Head Baseball Coach. What We're Looking For
- Current UIW graduate student.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work without supervision; self-starter.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Adherence to all applicable University, Conference, and NCAA rules. Nice to Have

- Salary of $2,100 per month plus Tuition Waiver.
