About the Role The Graduate Assistant supports the head coach with travel planning, day-to-day practice planning, opponent scouting, recruiting, and other duties as assigned. This on-campus role provides hands-on experience in collegiate athletics while pursuing a master’s degree at McKendree University. What You'll Do
- Assist the head coach with travel plans
- Plan day-to-day practices
- Conduct opponent scouting and recruitment activities
- Support other duties as assigned by the head coach What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a master’s program at McKendree University
- Some travel is required
- Cover Letter and Resume/CV required for application
- Preferred: Collegiate playing experience; knowledge of and commitment to following NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations Nice to Have
- Collegiate playing experience

- A small stipend or hourly rate based on the specific role
- Graduate Assistantships, stipends and hourly rates are available during the fall and spring terms only
