About the Role The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Tennis will support the Head Coach in all aspects of student-athlete development including academics, coaching, conditioning, recruiting, and program operations during the 2026-2027 academic year. What You'll Do
- Oversee tip management, including driving.
- Assist with fundraising activities.
- Work with campus community and Athletic Department staff to assist student-athletes in registration for Tennis programs.
- Assist in practice and match transportation.
- Provide tennis facility support maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or designee. What We're Looking For
- Current UIW graduate student.
- Tennis coaching and/or intercollegiate competitive experience.
- Good administrative skills; excellent written and oral communication.
- Highly motivated with capacity for independent work within a goal-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team; leadership and commitment to diverse communities.
- Ability to adhere to UIW, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Nice to Have
- None. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $2,100 per month plus Tuition Waiver.
- Part-time position; up to 25 hours/week, with some weekends/holidays.
- On-campus employment.
