About the Role The Graduate Assistant for Softball Operations is a non-coaching student position responsible for day-to-day functions for UIW Women’s Softball, reporting to the Head Softball Coach. This role supports travel, fundraising, office management, and game-day activities to help the program run smoothly while the student advances their graduate education. What You'll Do
- Handle team travel and meals.
- Assist with fundraising.
- Serve as the office manager.
- Assist Head Coach with game-day marketing and ticketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Adherence to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA. Nice to Have
- Experience playing college sports.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Photoshop. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $2,100 per month; Tuition Waiver.
