About the Role McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a graduate assistant coach for the Powerlifting Team. The role supports the head coach in planning and implementing practices, coordinating team travel, aiding in recruiting and fundraising, and monitoring student-athlete progress. Some travel is required. What You'll Do
- Assist the head coach with planning and implementing practices for the Powerlifting Team
- Coordinate team travel and related logistics
- Support recruiting and fundraising efforts
- Monitor and report on student-athlete progress
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Some travel as required What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Acceptance into a master's program at McKendree University
- Ability to travel as needed Nice to Have
- Prior college playing experience at the NCAA or ACHA level Compensation & Benefits
