About the Role Graduate Assistantships are available at Hobart and William Smith Colleges for the 2026-2027 year, across several roles including Assistant Debate Coach, College Store Ambassador, and Adams Intercultural Center Assistant. These positions support campus programs and operations within their respective departments. What You'll Do
- Support assigned duties for the listed Graduate Assistant roles during the 2026-2027 term.
- Collaborate with department staff and campus partners to implement programs and events related to debate coaching, College Store operations, and intercultural center activities.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and duties as assigned to support the program goals. What We're Looking For
- Enrollment as a graduate student or current pursuit of graduate studies.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse campus communities.
- Interest in debate, student engagement, retail/store operations, and intercultural programming (as relevant to the specific role). Nice to Have
