About NATS Apprenticeship Program:

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program.

Qualification: BE/BTech – Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Plan and arrange procurement of components for production based on daily production requirements and inventory status.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials to prevent production stoppages.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders/Scheduling agreements, delivery schedules, shortages and material quality issues.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Warehouse to align material availability with the production plan.
• Identify Obsolete, Slow moving and Excess inventory and take corrective actions.
• Support Supplier delivery performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely pickup and delivery of parts.
