About this role
Job title: Graduate Analyst – Client & Product Graduate Rotational Programme
About the Role Join BlackRock's Client & Product Graduate Rotational Programme to learn from leaders in asset management and shape how we serve clients, build products, and drive innovation. You’ll rotate across Client Business and Global Product Solutions, gaining hands-on experience turning ideas into client-ready solutions across Europe and internationally over 2.5 years. The programme develops transferable skills in managing complex projects, communicating with stakeholders, and turning data into action.
What You'll Do
- Client Business: meet with clients, manage logistics and notes, and follow up while beginning to build your own relationships and network.
- Client Business: drive outreach by running a mini-campaign, e.g., inviting 50 advisors in Germany to a webinar for a new fund launch.
- Client Business: build strong pitch materials by prepping for client meetings with charts, insights, and investment ideas that turn data into a story.
- Client Business: spot client trends by analyzing sales data to identify what’s gaining traction and share insights with the team.
- Client Business: expand your network by connecting with peers across the industry through events, conferences and meetings.
- Global Product Solutions (GPS): support a product in motion by managing the timeline, coordinating with key teams, and ticking off the checklist to turn an idea into something investable.
- GPS: become a product expert by learning how specific investments work and explaining them to colleagues and clients in simple, useful ways.
- GPS: follow the product lifecycle—from initial idea to design, regulation, naming, launch and sales strategy, and help shape how it comes to market.
- GPS: learn how to manage complex projects across legal, operations, compliance and more, keeping multi-step processes moving forward.
- GPS: learn how to build messaging and determine the right channels to bring products to market, whether that’s a research paper, a campaign, or a one-on-one conversation.
- GPS: analyze trends and data to turn research into actionable recommendations that move our clients forward.
- GPS: engage in creative thinking to push the industry forward, including ideas like active funds supporting the transition to low-carbon economies.
