• Hours: Office Hours, include 1 hour for lunch, and 1 hour per day protected admin time
• Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time. Minimum 2 days per week commitment Monday-Friday, set days can be available for ease of your other commitments.
• Salary: £10,400 per session, plus opportunity to earn up to £1200 per session for Advanced Health Screening.

What you’ll do

• Enjoy a structured, varied working day with excellent work-life balance, supported by HCA Healthcare UK's extensive clinical network and resources.

• Structured Clinics: A mix of pre-booked, face-to-face and telemedicine GP consultations (15–30 minutes).

• Advanced Health Screenings: Comprehensive, face-to-face assessments (30–90 minutes).

• Protected Time: A full one-hour lunch break and one hour of dedicated administration time, split across morning and afternoon sessions.

• Patient Demographic: Predominantly corporate professionals and City workers, with a focus on preventative healthcare and wellbeing.

• Predictable Working Hours: No late clinics or home visits, supporting an excellent work-life balance.

• Clinical Administration: Dedicated time for reports, referrals, prescriptions and follow-ups.

• Collaborative Support: On-site clinicians, multidisciplinary teams and access to a dedicated GP Mentor/Trainer for ongoing guidance and professional development.

What we’re looking for:

• We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused GP who shares our proactive approach to healthcare, with a genuine interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine. Someone who values building meaningful patient relationships and delivering exceptional, personalised care.

To thrive in this role, you’ll:

• Hold full GMC registration and be included on the GP Register (Performers List not required).

• Have a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience as a GP.

• Be confident performing smear tests, vaccinations, blood draws and ECGs.

• Have a basic understanding of health screening, full training to the advanced level, will be provided in HCA UK's GP Learning Academy

• Demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, with a warm, professional and patient-centred approach.
