Government Relations / Public Policy Lead

About the Role ExxonMobil seeks a Government Relations / Public Policy Leader to provide strategic guidance, manage complex legislative and regulatory issues, and foster relationships with key government and industry stakeholders in Singapore. The role requires deep understanding of government relations within the energy sector and the ability to influence policy at the highest levels. What You'll Do

• Lead the monitoring and analysis of complex legislative and regulatory developments, providing strategic insights to senior management
• Develop and execute integrated advocacy strategies to shape government policy in alignment with ExxonMobil's strategic objectives
• Establish and maintain influential relationships with senior government officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders to advance ExxonMobil's positions on critical issues
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to integrate government affairs strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive policy advocacy
• Represent ExxonMobil in meetings with government bodies, policymakers, and external organizations, effectively advocating for the company's interests
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings, presentations, and proposals to senior management What We're Looking For
