- Change Management Officer for Nigeria. This role will drive adoption and integration of education technology across partner institutions, enabling effective use of Google for Education tools and digital learning solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts to promote the adoption of Google for Education at partner institutions in Nigeria.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions and workshops on digital learning tools and pedagogical best practices.
- Collaborate with educators, IT staff, and school administrators to implement edtech solutions and align them with curricular goals.
- Develop change management plans, communication materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support smooth implementation.
- Monitor adoption progress, collect feedback, and provide reporting to improve implementation and outcomes.
- Travel to partner institutions within Nigeria to support on-site visits and trainings as required.
Requirements
- B.Ed. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for education technology and digital learning.
- Ability to travel to partner institutions within Nigeria.
