Job Description

We are seeking skilled Google Classroom Specialists to contribute to a customer project focused on documenting real-world workflows within the platform.

In this contract role, you will utilize your practical experience in Google Classroom to complete educational workflows and generate high-quality interaction data. This data is vital for the development of advanced AI systems.

Your responsibilities will include navigating and utilizing various Google Classroom features such as classes, students, assignments, materials, grading, and communication tools. You will create and manage classes and assignments based on provided instructions, and meticulously document each step of the workflows you complete.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience with Google Classroom in an educational setting and is comfortable with screen recording. Prior experience in human data annotation or AI response evaluation is highly preferred. This is a remote, contract position requiring independent work and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Classroom using your practical teaching or educational technology experience.
• Navigate Google Classroom features related to classes, students, assignments, materials, grading, and communication.
• Create and manage classes, assignments, learning materials, and other common classroom activities based on provided instructions.
• Complete realistic workflows involving assignment creation, student management, grading, feedback, and classroom organization.
• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Google Classroom tools, features, and actions used.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Google Classroom in a teaching, tutoring, education, or training environment.
• Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
• Current access to Google Classroom and ability to use the platform independently.
• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Google Classroom workflows.
• Experience with assignment management, student/class management, grading, feedback, or digital learning workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education or other Learning Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes
