About the Role The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Assistant Superintendent on the James River Course. This role supports course maintenance and operations at a top Virginia club. What You'll Do
- Manage the maintenance crew and daily course operations
- Apply pesticides and assist with turf care and maintenance planning
- Help execute maintenance programs and budgeting for the club What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years golf course experience and leadership skills
- Valid driver license
- Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain within 90–120 days
- Two- or four-year turfgrass degree preferred Nice to Have
- Two- or four-year turfgrass degree preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 60,000–70,000 per year
- Onsite environment at a premier Virginia club
