About this role
Are you ready for a big positive change in your life and career? Are you tired of being just a number at your dealership? Do you want to live in a beautiful and sunny area by the beautiful Gulf of America?
Do you think all dealerships are the same? Think again. While many dealerships are corporate owned with a primary focus on profits, our focus is on people: our customers and our employees. Our employees have been with us for upwards of 10 years. Sadly, two are retiring and we need to replace them.
We are a family-owned, Christian-based Buick & GMC dealership for 44 years and 3 generations. We are located in beautiful Tampa Florida. We treat our employees like family. We run 3 shifts that start at 7AM, 8AM and 9AM to accommodate our employees’ family schedules. We have a state-of-the-art shop with epoxy floors and the latest equipment and technology. The owner matches 25% of your 401-K contributions, the highest in the industry. We have an Employee Appreciation Day every month and we cater lunch to all the employees.
