About the Role

As Global Technical Operations Analyst (m/w/d), you are on the front lines of our security operations worldwide, ensuring our global sensors, data collection, and processing run flawlessly while collaborating with R&D to fix internal product issues. You will provide expert analysis and fault remediation for components deployed globally.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and remediate failures in Network Detection and Response components, endpoint security solutions, Cloud integrations, and Risk Scanner
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams
  • Contribute to design and implementation of our security solution at customer sites and assist various teams with backend questions
  • Triage customer inquiries, apply playbook-based solutions, document new issues, and drive resolution
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interaction skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Understand Arctic Wolf processes and systems to support customer support requests

What We're Looking For

  • BS/HS in an IT discipline or Fachinformatiker with at least 3 years IT experience
  • Solid networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and Active Directory
  • German or English language skills at C1 level
  • Nice-to-have: CCNA, Network+ or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Network Operations Center
  • Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages

Nice to Have

  • Networking routing and switching knowledge
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
  • Firewalls and IDS/IPS; knowledge of Linux, Windows, Mac environments
  • Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure; MCSE or AD MCP certifications; GPO, SCCM, Intune, or Jamf
  • Security+ certification
