Global Technical Expert Combine Residue Management

About the Role Lead technical direction for residue management systems across CNH combines (conventional, hybrid & rotary). Accountable for technical execution, configurations, performance, reliability, and durability of residue management components, and for supporting surrounding platforms and systems. What You'll Do

• Translate program requirements into design assumptions and technical specifications.
• Support design engineers with design, layout, and drawings for residue management.
• Define the functional layout with the team and own the functionality and quality of concepts.
• Own drawings/models released to production and forecast functional capacities of current and new concepts.
• Provide functional/technical support to manufacturing, service, marketing, and training rollouts for residue management.
• Manage TRL (Technology Readiness Level) of residue management and develop the technical roadmap, including mapping systems and platform commonality.
• Support platforms for current and new products, drive quality improvement, cost reductions, CPI design improvements, and issue resolution related to residue management.
• Align with Chief Engineers on technical solutions supporting GPD programs.
• Gather information for engineering calculations to analyze and resolve design/functional problems.
