You’ll lead proactive talent mapping, build strategic pipelines, and deliver market insights that shape our organization’s talent strategy worldwide.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience in executive search, talent research, or senior recruiting within multinational organizations or search firms.
• Demonstrated success in cross-border talent sourcing for senior, niche, or scarce skill roles.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to craft tailored search strategies aligned with business needs.
• Confidence engaging and advising senior stakeholders, with strong judgment and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, research tools, and professional networks.
• A university degree or equivalent professional experience, along with fluent English skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering, or Supply Chain talent markets.
• Sourcing experience in India, China, the USA, or European markets.
• Additional language skills related to priority markets.
• Experience supporting succession planning and talent mapping initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, complemented by substantial experience in global talent acquisition or executive search.
• Track record of managing multiple senior-level recruitment projects across international markets.

• A proactive mindset, with a passion for building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
