Global Services and Systems Integration Product Owner (US Remote)

About the Role The Global IT team at Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to bridge Global Services and Systems Integration, drive complex initiatives, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver value, manage risk, and ensure adoption of standardized solutions across services. What You'll Do

• Liaise between IT and business stakeholders across the Global Services and SI teams; translate requirements into project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, maintain project documentation, and drive follow-up on open actions.
• Collaborate with business partners across functional areas to understand requirements and develop creative solutions; guide migration from on-prem Oracle deployments to Fusion cloud; ensure tool utilization and solution standardization with the Project Management Platform; partner with CX team to create simple, intuitive experiences.
• Define the objectives of assignments, select methods and evaluation criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes; work with other IT product owners to manage changes, ensure standardization and adoption of solutions; support real-time operational systems and implement QA procedures.
• Identify delivery metrics and reporting; maintain a clear, compelling vision for how we support Services and SI; align initiatives with business objectives and maximize product value; maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Build a collaborative environment that enables close interaction among team members and stakeholders; ensure timely delivery within budget and guard rails; drive continuous improvement and adoption. What We're Looking For
