Snapshot of Your Day

In this position, the first two years, the priority is not improvement for its own sake, but safe transition and continuity. At the same time, the Governance organization must understand future demand, capacity, capability needs and service strategy so that after go-live Payroll and T&A can start the next transformation phase from a stable and well-governed baseline. As the Global Service Strategy & Workforce Planning Lead you will connect service ownership with future workforce, demand and roadmap planning.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support the definition of future service demand, capacity assumptions and capability requirements for Payroll and T&A transition readiness and provide planning on workload volumes, country complexity, knowledge dependencies and service continuity needs.
  • Validate that future service model assumptions are realistic from a Payroll and T&A governance perspective and support leadership with scenario analysis for service ownership, demand changes, transition sequencing and risk prioritization.
  • Own the Payroll and T&A service strategy, demand management and workforce planning framework for the GSO organization.
  • Coordinate service roadmap input across Service Owners, SSC, regions, HR Systems, vendors, Finance and HR leadership.
  • Support future transformation portfolio after go-live stabilization, including service expansion, acquisitions, system changes and operating model evolution.
  • Provide insights on capacity, service demand, trend analysis, workforce risks and future capability needs and ensure service strategy decisions are grounded in operational stability, data, risk and business value.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience {5+years) in service strategy, workforce planning, shared services, HR transformation, payroll operations planning or business management on global scale.
  • Ability to work with demand, volume, capacity and capability assumptions in a complex global service environment.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate data into practical service decisions.
  • Good understanding of Payroll and T&A service drivers, country complexity, provider dependencies and stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to balance long-term transformation ambition with short-term service continuity discipline.
