Global Resourcing Lead

About the Role Syntax is seeking a Global Resourcing Lead to support resourcing activities in Germany and North America, optimize consultant utilization, and govern data and reporting across multiple business units. You will lead strategic use of SAP RM, SAC, and other Global Resourcing tools, collaborating with delivery and competency groups to ensure alignment with priorities. What You'll Do

• Support Resourcing activities in Germany and North America.
• Lead the strategic use of SAP RM, SAC and other Global Resourcing tools to optimize consultant utilization across multiple business units and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards within the scheduling tool, establishing best practices for data governance.
• Oversee complex resourcing assignments, balancing skill alignment in the evolving business demands.
• Partner closely with Competency Groups, Consulting Groups, and Delivery teams to anticipate skill needs and proactively address resource gaps.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and challenge project requirements, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the Contract Hiring Team on contractor engagement.
• Address resource scheduling conflicts, implementing creative, scalable solutions that balance operational needs and consultant engagement.
• Facilitate cross-project collaboration to maximize resource sharing and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Analyze utilization data and produce insightful reports and recommendations for leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Champion process improvements in resourcing workflows, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on resourcing trends, risks, and opportunities. What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce management, or related capacity, with proven success in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-changing resourcing demands while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis is an asset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Nice to Have
• Experience with SAP RM and SAP SAC is a plus.
