About the Role ASM is seeking a Global Product Support Engineer to join the ALD team in Phoenix. You will be a system-level expert helping bring next-generation ALD tools from concept to successful customer adoption. You’ll work closely with development teams and customers to ensure the technology is built for performance, reliability, and real-world manufacturing success.
What You'll Do
- Act as the system-level technical expert supporting new products and bridging the gap between product development and the fab.
- Own critical moments in the lifecycle of new ALD systems from concept to customer adoption.
- Collaborate with development teams and customers to ensure technology delivers performance, reliability, and manufacturability in real-world environments.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a system-level technical expert for ALD tools or similar semiconductor equipment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with development teams and customers to drive successful product adoption.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing outcomes.
