About the Role
The Global Product Management Team is seeking a strategic Product Manager to shape i2c's product roadmap and drive the development and commercialization of digital and authentication offerings. The role will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the i2c platform, coordinate pilots, and drive adoption with clients and industry partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead product management initiatives to shape strategy and drive adoption of the i2c platform with clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate across functions to establish or improve product management practices, streamline project/program management, evaluate new features, and launch pilots.
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and execution plans, balancing roadmap execution with support for client-facing teams.
- Align work with US Central Time for 1-2 hours daily, and work from Lahore, Pakistan in a remote capacity.
- Act as a client and customer champion to identify initiatives that deliver value and security for clients and accelerate time-to-market.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience; 5+ years for degree substitution.
- Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Commerce/Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts to clients, Sales, Marketing.
- Schedule flexibility to align with US Central Time for 1-2 hours per day.
- Understanding and application of agile product development lifecycles.
- Preferred: product/project management experience in payments; knowledge of payment network rules/regulations.
- Ability to influence teams remotely; track product KPIs and certifications.
- Experience with networks, fintechs, processors, or financial institutions is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate development of support collateral from multiple stakeholders; create business requirements documents; communicate to Solutions and Engineering teams.
- Technical: Basic understanding of Identity and Digital Onboarding, Tokenization, Digital Wallets, Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Loyalty; understanding of processing, mobile/digital payments, banking, P2P.
- LLM prompts: Effective prompt writer with basic knowledge of LLM use cases for productivity.
- Intangibles: Self-starter, collaborative, problem-solver, manage multiple projects, remote work, effective communication.
- Tools: Confluence and Jira; strong English; project management tools; AI tools.
Nice to Have
- Preferred project/product management experience within the payments industry.
- Deep understanding of payment network rules and regulations.
- Ability to influence teams remotely.
- KPI tracking and certifications experience.
- Experience with networks, fintechs, processors, or financial institutions.
- Ability to develop business requirements documents and communicate complex product initiatives to Solutions and Engineering teams.
- Willingness to adapt practices to utilize AI tools in own work as well as product development.
- Comfort with Confluence and Jira workflow management.
