At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Global Procurement Associate to join our Future Leaders Development Program. This is a full-time, two-and-a-half-year rotational program built to cultivate and develop recent university graduates. In this role, you will rotate through at least three assignments across our Global Category Teams, Center of Excellence, and International Markets teams, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on strategic sourcing initiatives that support the goods and services critical to Regeneron's mission.

When & where:

• Work model/flexibility: On-site
• Program duration: Two-and-a-half years, including at least three distinct rotational assignments, with dedicated support from a program lead throughout

Discover your role:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop category strategies for strategic sourcing initiatives
• Analyzes data and market trends to inform procurement strategies and business case development
• Negotiates with suppliers to secure favorable terms and supports supplier performance management
• Partners with international colleagues on global procurement efforts and process and system improvement projects
• Assists in developing strategies to deliver goods and services aligned with Regeneron's business objectives
• Supports supplier selection processes, including evaluation and contract drafting
• Rotates through at least three procurement roles across Global Category Teams, the Center of Excellence, and International Markets
• Builds procurement expertise through hands-on, cross-functional experience with guidance from a dedicated program lead

This role requires:

• Associate Level: A four-year degree in supply chain management, completed within the last 12 months or expected this spring
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to visualize, articulate, and derive insights from data
• Established organizational, planning, and project management skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with business systems and technology, including proficiency in AI and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
