What You'll Do
- Find, coach and develop talent across multiple jurisdictions to build a diverse and high-performing workforce
- Partner with teams worldwide to drive recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and career development
- Ensure compliance with regional and national regulations and align HR practices with Canonical's global footprint
- Promote an inclusive culture and provide coaching opportunities to enable growth across the organization
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate talent strategy into day-to-day HR practices and processes
What We're Looking For
- Interest in the technical and legal aspects of HR and talent development
- Ability to work effectively with teams across Asia, the Americas and many regions
- Strong communication, coaching and people development skills
