About this role
Global Network BMCC Committee Program Manager
The Global Network BMCC Committee Program Manager provides hands-on project management, coordination and operational support for the BMCC committee and related network priorities. Working with leaders and colleagues across US and Group member firms, this role helps translate committee direction into organized workplans, well-prepared meetings, clear action items and timely follow-through. The role also provides production support for select communications, business development, events and shared resources connected to committee priorities. The ideal candidate is an early-to-mid-career professional who communicates clearly, manages details well and is comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams in a collaborative global environment.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain annual committee calendars, forward agendas and workplans; coordinate recurring meetings and working sessions; and help ensure priorities, milestones and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
- Build agendas, briefing materials, presentations and meeting decks; coordinate inputs, version control and final review; document decisions and action items; and follow up with owners to support timely completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, decision logs, action trackers and shared files for committee-sponsored initiatives; identify risks, gaps and dependencies; and escalate issues when needed.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across committee members, workstream leads and BMCC colleagues across the US and Group; schedule working sessions, gather inputs and keep stakeholders informed of progress, decisions and upcoming deadlines.
- Assist with building, organizing and maintaining a central library of tender materials, credentials, case studies and reusable content; help ensure materials are current, clearly labelled and easy to find.
- Track agreed priorities, milestones and KPIs; maintain basic reports or dashboards; and compile recurring updates for committee and network leadership.
- Coordinate production of committee and network updates from planning through distribution, including gathering inputs, drafting and editing copy, managing reviews and maintaining the production schedule.
- Gather information from stakeholders and write concise stories that showcase significant client wins, cross-border collaboration and network capabilities in support of BMCC and Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities.
- Assist with planning and delivering committee-sponsored events, webinars, conferences and network meetings, including invitations, materials, speaker coordination, logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Make routine updates to approved global web content and shared resources, check information for accuracy and consistency, and help keep links, files and reference materials current.
- Provide additional coordination, communications and production assistance for BMCC, GTM and other network priorities as needs evolve.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Three to four years of experience in a program coordination, project management or committee support role, preferably within a global, business development, GTM or professional services environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage workplans, deadlines, dependencies, files, reviews and multiple assignments.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to turn stakeholder input, meeting discussions and complex information into clear, concise materials.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with collaborative project management or document-sharing tools is helpful.
- Experience in leveraging AI and other productivity tools to improve efficiency, coordination and outcomes.
- Comfort working with senior leaders and colleagues across functions, geographies and time zones.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling committee materials, leadership discussions and business information.
- Experience in a B2B or professional services environment
