About the role

Global Mobility Lead Role Summary Responsible for leading global mobility operations as part of the Total Rewards & Mobility Delivery team within HR Service Delivery. This role oversees relocation and immigration support services for international employees, manages mobility and relocation vendors, and ensures compliance across cross-border moves, leading a team to deliver consistent, high-quality mobility services aligned with FedEx policies and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage global mobility operations, overseeing relocation and immigration support

• services for international employees

•  Coordinate relocation, mobility, and immigration vendors, aligning service delivery with

• policy, cost, and quality expectations

•  Ensure compliance across cross-border moves, covering immigration, tax, and labor

• considerations and mitigating risk

•  Maintain governance over mobility data and case management, ensuring accuracy,

• confidentiality, and timely processing

•  Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and case progress across relocation and

• immigration activities

•  Support the development and performance of a team of relocation, mobility, and

• immigration specialists

•  Partner with HR, Talent, and business teams to enable international assignments and

• workforce moves

•  Drive continuous improvement of mobility services and vendor coordination across

• regions to enhance efficiency

• Knowledge & Experience

•  Experience leading global mobility, relocation, or immigration services within a large,

• global organization

•  Strong understanding of relocation processes, international assignments, and end

• to-end mobility support services

•  Knowledge of immigration, cross-border tax, and labor compliance considerations

• across multiple jurisdictions

•  Experience managing relocation, mobility, and immigration vendors, service

• providers, and service levels

•  Familiarity with mobility case management systems and digital HR tools
