About the Role Novartis is seeking a Global Labelling Associate Director, Content for Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism in Ireland. This role sits within Development and focuses on leading global labeling content to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment across markets. What You'll Do
- Lead global labeling content development for assigned therapeutic areas in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism.
- Collaborate with regulatory, medical, and commercial teams to ensure accurate, compliant labeling content across regions.
- Oversee content quality, lifecycle management, and regulatory submissions for labeling products.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship for labeling teams across functions. What We're Looking For
- Experience in pharmaceutical labeling/content development.
- Strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory labeling requirements and lifecycle management.
- Degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred. Nice to Have
- Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism labeling domains.
- Familiarity with European regulatory labeling processes and Dublin/Ireland operations. Compensation & Benefits
