About the Role Atlas Copco Group's Global Internship Program offers university students an opportunity to gain professional experience within the Industrial Technique business area, participate in international projects, receive mentorship, and potentially work on a Master’s thesis. The program blends in-person and virtual activities across multiple locations worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the Strategic Business Challenge, a virtual project with real-world industrial technique business cases.
- Participate in projects from May to August, with a final week in Sweden presenting outcomes to management.
- Be paired with a sponsor and mentor for guidance and professional development.
- Engage in workshops and learning resources and have the chance to work on a Master’s thesis where applicable.
- Work within a global team across time zones, in a program that offers both local-market in-person elements and remote/virtual collaboration.

- Candidates who are eligible to work in the regions where they apply and available to participate during the program window.
- Ability to collaborate with teammates across time zones and cultures.
- Interest in developing professionally through mentorship and structured development opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Interest in pursuing a Master’s thesis addressing industry-relevant topics during the internship.
