About the Role Lead global hub transformation initiatives within Unilever's Human Resources function to shape culture, accelerate capability-building, and drive business performance. You’ll partner with HR leaders and the broader organisation across geographies to design fast, simple, and future-ready structures and ways of working.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage global HR transformation programs across the Unilever HR hub network, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive capabilities, culture change, change management, and organisational design.
- Shape organisational structures and processes to keep the business fast, simple, and fit for the future.
- Drive governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions; monitor progress and outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and collaborate with HR teams across geographies to build a high-performing transformation community.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably in Human Resources or People functions, with global reach.
- Strong strategic thinking, influential communication, and ability to operate across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact through capability-building, process improvement, and organizational design.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners; adept at change management.
Nice to Have
- Experience within consumer goods or multinational companies; familiarity with digital HR tools and cutting-edge technology.
- Global mobility experience or ability to work across multiple countries.
