As a Global HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and teams across the global PTx Supply Chain organization and Corporate Strategy & Transformation function. In this role, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, support transformation initiatives, and drive business performance. You will work in a highly collaborative global environment, providing strategic HR guidance while partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions that enable growth, engagement, and long-term success.

Your Impact

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, organizational objectives, and workforce needs.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and future readiness.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management activities that support business transformation and growth.
• Analyze workforce data, engagement trends, and people metrics to provide insights and recommendations that improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, total rewards, learning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a Senior or Global HR Business Partner within a complex, international, and matrixed organization.
• Strong expertise in talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and change management, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and stakeholders across functions, countries, and organizational levels, influencing decisions and driving strategic HR initiatives; strong ability to quickly familiarize oneself with country-specific labor and employment laws, regulatory requirements, and local HR practices.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, combined with proficiency in HR systems and digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors, and similar platforms; advanced English communication skills and willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
• Excellent English skills are required; German is a plus

Your Workplace

This position can be based at one of our AGCO locations in Germany: Marktoberdorf, Asbach-Baeumenheim, Feucht, Hohenmölsen, Salzkotten or Wolfenbüttel. Employees working from an AGCO location are expected to follow our hybrid work model, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent on-site to support collaboration and teamwork.

For candidates who are unable to work from one of these locations, a remote working arrangement within Germany can be considered. In such cases, occasional travel to AGCO sites may be required based on business needs, collaboration requirements, and key stakeholder meetings.
