- Previous relative work experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting or equivalent
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Structured & data-driven approach

- Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
- Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning
- Turn HR data, KPIs and trends into clear insights and actionable plans
