Your skills

• Demonstrated experience in driving HR initiatives and projects within an international business setting
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach
• High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
• Previous relative work experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting or equivalent
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Structured & data-driven approach

Your tasks

• Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
• Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning
• Turn HR data, KPIs and trends into clear insights and actionable plans
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business and HR decision-making
• Develop and track key HR metrics and help identify areas for improvement
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR teams and business leaders globally
• Support and guide HR colleagues through complex challenges
• Coordinate HR topics across countries and work with local and central HR teams to find smart, practical and cost-effective solutions
