About the Role Responsible for implementing HEOR strategy aligned with the Access Strategy Lead (ASL) for one or more assets across the product lifecycle, and for executing deliverables in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will generate global payer-relevant evidence, PRO/COA, and evidence synthesis, and deliver global materials for HTA submissions including the Global Value Dossier and economic models. This role is global with tactical execution, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and top-10 countries, including the United States. What You'll Do
- Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence, patient reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment strategy (COA) and evidence synthesis.
- Ensure delivery of global materials to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models.
- Translate strategic objectives into concrete delivery via HEOR project plan.
- Maintain strong working relationships with top-10 countries, including the United States.
- Ensure compliance with HTA dossier governance.
- Engage with vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach.
- This role is global, with tactical execution. Engage with internal customers to align and support the comprehensive HEOR plan, including the ASL, top-10 countries and cross-functional teams: Evidence Generation Team (EGT), Global Medical Affairs Team (GMAT), Center for Observational Research, Real-world Evidence sub-Team (RWEsT), Global Biostatistical Sciences, US Payer Marketing, Medical Value & Access. What We're Looking For
- Experience in developing and executing HEOR strategy and delivering payer-relevant evidence, PRO, COA, and evidence synthesis across asset life cycles.
- Proven ability to generate global materials to support HTA submissions, including Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete HEOR project plans and manage delivery timelines.
- Strong relationship management with top-10 countries, including the United States, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTA dossier governance and ensuring compliance.
- Experience engaging with external vendors and experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach.
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with teams such as Evidence Generation Team, Global Medical Affairs Team, Center for Observational Research, Real-world Evidence sub-Team, Global Biostatistical Sciences, US Payer Marketing, and Medical Value & Access.
