This is not a traditional digital leadership role. We are seeking an enterprise transformation leader who can harness the power of Digital, Data and AI to shape strategy, accelerate business performance and embed new capabilities across a global organization.

As Global Head of Digital, Data & AI, you will work alongside senior leadership to define and drive Corbion's transformation agenda. You will translate ambition into execution, build enterprise capabilities and help position Corbion for long-term success in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled world.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence decision-making, investment priorities and the future operating model of the company.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of Corbion's Digital, Data & AI strategy.

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

• Establish governance, prioritization and portfolio management across strategic investments.

• Partner with business leaders to redesign processes, enhance decision-making and accelerate performance.

• Build the organizational capabilities required to scale digital and AI-enabled solutions.

• Lead and further develop the central Digital, Data & AI organization.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on opportunities, risks and emerging trends.

• What we're looking for

• You are an accomplished transformation leader with a track record of using Digital, Data and AI to create meaningful business value.

• Most importantly, you have successfully moved organizations beyond isolated initiatives, creating scalable capabilities that delivered sustainable business impact.

In addition, you bring:

• Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs at scale.

• A proven ability to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes in an innovative manufacturing environment.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization.

• Deep understanding of how digital, data and AI can transform business performance and operating models.

• A reputation for building trust, alignment and momentum in complex environments.

• A pragmatic, outcome-oriented leadership style with a strong bias for execution.

• You are currently based in, or prepared to relocate to The Netherlands and are willing and able to be at one of our offices (Gorinchem or Amsterdam) three days per week.
