Global Head of Accounts Payable Transformation

About the Role As the Global Head of Accounts Payable Transformation, you will be part of the Financial Control team, reporting to the Director of Financial Control & Reporting. You’ll lead the design and implementation of a new, globally governed Accounts Payable operating model, centralising and standardising processes to improve supplier experience, strengthen financial controls and support scalable transaction processing. What You'll Do

• Design and implement the future global Accounts Payable operating model, creating scalable, standardised processes that balance global consistency with local flexibility.
• Lead end-to-end AP transformation: simplify regional variations, embed robust controls, and ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and local regulatory obligations.
• Drive technology and process improvement, partnering with Technology teams to define the AP roadmap, boost automation and improve operational efficiency across the global function.
• Lead the transition to the future operating model, ensuring business continuity and effective change management throughout the transformation.
• Build a high-performing global Accounts Payable function, establish performance frameworks, use management information to drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. What We're Looking For
• Experience designing and leading global Accounts Payable transformations and operating models.
• Strong governance, controls design and regulatory/compliance awareness.
• Ability to partner with Technology to define roadmaps and drive automation and efficiency.
• Proven change management and stakeholder management capabilities across a multinational organisation.
