Are you passionate about talent development, inclusion, and driving impactful people strategies on a global scale? Join our Global Business Services team as a Global, GBS Talent & EDI Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading global talent management processes, supporting Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives, and partnering with regional and global Centers of Excellence to deliver strategic talent programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee growth.

In this role, you will collaborate across regions and functions to execute talent and culture initiatives, provide workforce insights through advanced reporting, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional talent management services. This is a hybrid role based in Queretaro.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Global Talent Process Execution: Lead and support end-to-end global talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and year-end calibration activities.
  • ED&I Program Support: Partner with global and regional teams to drive ED&I priorities, support recognition and survey initiatives, develop customized reporting, and contribute to strategic inclusion projects.
  • Talent Analytics & Insights: Generate and analyze talent-related metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights that support business and people decisions globally. Team
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership: Lead a global Talent Management team while collaborating with HR leaders, COEs, and service delivery teams to ensure successful execution of talent strategies and programs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Systems Management: Support talent system enhancements, maintain talent documentation, and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and employee experience.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with strong exposure to talent management, organizational development, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting global talent processes such as performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
