Job title: Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager
About the Role
Our Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager is responsible for the global supply chain management of Insomniac's Racing and Festival event apparel operations, ensuring goods are moved, monitored, and managed. This role coordinates transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, import/export processes, purchasing, production planning, and customer service across multiple markets. This is not a remote position and is required in the office in Henderson, NV 4-5 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including dispute resolution, supplier scorecards, and periodic business reviews.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage project timelines including developing and maintaining action trackers, Gantt charts, and other program management tools related to on-time delivery of supplier products against event timing.
- Communicate key supply, cost, and/or quality issues with management teams as well as develop corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Plan transportation and distribution routes.
- Partner with customs and freight forwarders to properly document and move freight to 22 countries.
- Import and Export Process Creation and Optimization.
- Direct fleets.
- Analyze freight budgets and billing.
- Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, import/export, purchasing, production planning, and customer service.

- A supply chain expert capable of coordinating essential operations, with excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, scorecards, and periodic business reviews; leading cross-functional teams; strong project management skills (action trackers, Gantt charts).
- Proficiency in import/export processes and working with customs and freight forwarders; ability to document and move freight across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication with management and ability to develop corrective action plans; ability to work onsite in Henderson, NV 4-5 days/week.
- Experience in budgeting and billing analysis.
