What you’ll do

You will own the end-to-end global equity operations (RSUs, ESOPs and related programs) for Airwallex, covering grant, exercise, termination, documentation and project execution. You will work closely with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Tax and regional People teams to ensure data accuracy, process compliance and a consistent equity experience for employees and non-employees.

Lead the operations of global employee equity programs across the full lifecycle, from grant and vesting through exercise, termination, and post-termination treatment.
