About the Role As Global Downstream Product Manager for Advanced Wound Dressings (AWD), you will lead the global downstream marketing strategy, define positioning and value propositions, and own the product lifecycle from launch through optimization across regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent commercialization and portfolio sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the global downstream strategy and portfolio leadership for AWD, aligning with priorities.
- Define global positioning, messaging, and value propositions for markets worldwide.
- Translate upstream strategy and evidence into actionable commercialization frameworks for regional execution.
- Own product lifecycle from launch through optimization and rationalization.
- Own global downstream marketing budget; allocate investments to high-impact activities; manage ROI.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and standards of care; adapt strategies accordingly.
- Partner with Market Access, Health Economics, and Medical Affairs to ensure value propositions reflect reimbursement realities.
- Develop global commercialization frameworks, launch standards, and core marketing assets; enable local adaptation with strategic intent.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales to enable execution and customer engagement.
- Track performance with Finance and Strategy for planning, forecasting, and business reviews; translate data into insights.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in global or regional downstream marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven experience in global commercialization, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated experience owning marketing budgets and investment decisions.
- Strong communication and ability to influence across a global matrix.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a high-impact, resource-constrained environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred).
- Experience working in commercial, marketing, or portfolio management roles.
- Experience in healthcare industry and across multiple regions.
- Exposure to market access or reimbursement-influenced environments.
- Travel up to 25-30% internationally; Work location: UK or France.
